What states do you ship to?

We ship all over the U.S. except CA, AK, AZ, or HI.

What does “bare root” mean?

Bare roots are plants without the soil and pot, just the plant. Shipping without the extra weight and larger size helps us cut down on costs.

Can I buy a cactus already in a pot?

Yes, however potted plants are sold in-store only, we currently do not offer shipping on potted plants.

What if there is damage during shipping?

Life happens sometimes. If your order is damaged send us an email at ricksprickssc@gmail.com with your order number and pictures. We aim to provide great customer satisfaction and we will do what we can to make it right.

How long does it take to ship my order after I have placed it?

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hrs on Tues-Sat excluding major holidays and the occasional short vacation.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order was canceled it may be due to issues with stock or your shipping location, we cannot ship to CA, AZ, AK, or HI. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
